Comprehensive Site Master Plan (RFP)

I led Hoerr Schaudt’s proposal for The Morton Arboretum’s Comprehensive Site Master Plan, a major multidisciplinary pursuit in collaboration with Studio Gang and several specialty consultants. I coordinated narrative development, graphics, schedules, subconsultant content, and final QA, using Miro to keep internal and external teams aligned. Although we did not shortlist, the submission was organized, polished, and clearly communicated our approach for a complex master plan.
