New Garden Master Plan Proposal (Win)

I led a complex, multi-firm proposal and interview effort for ABG’s new entrance and display gardens—ultimately securing Hoerr Schaudt’s largest commercial contract to date. I coordinated 20+ team members across disciplines and drove content, strategy, graphics, and QA to produce a crisp vision and standout narrative in a highly competitive shortlist process.
