Deltek Vantagepoint – Marketing Data Management

I cleaned, organized, and expanded LJC’s marketing data—building workflows, custom reports, and automated alerts that keep project and employee information accurate and usable. Centralizing our information in Deltek replaced scattered InDesign files and spreadsheets, giving the marketing team a single, reliable source of truth and making project data faster and easier to access.

OpenAsset – Visual Asset Management

I stepped in to organize and maintain LJC’s OpenAsset library, keeping project imagery current across concept graphics, renderings, construction progress, and final photography. I cleaned data, standardized tagging, curated cohesive project sets, and built simple processes so the marketing team can quickly find strong, story-driven visuals when they need them.
